- Phalaenopsis Princess Kaiulani [amboinensis 'Bryan' x violacea 'Blue Chip']
Three small seedlings that I have received thus far from this cross.
- BEG1201 Phalaenopsis violacea 'Magical' [N0154] x 'Blue Love' [N0446]
- BEG1202 Phalaenopsis violacea 'Blue Love' [N0446] x 'Magical' [N0154]
These seedlings are from the two Phal violacea shown above, the reverse cross was also made, totaling about 100 seedlings. These are large seedlings, and are acclimating well to their new environment outside of the flasks. After the winter I will be selling and trading seedlings from this cross, please contact me if interested.
2013
A few other crosses were made in 2013, some of which have yet to show germination, as I've recently ventured into another attempt at flasking my own orchid seed, which you can see in a photo below. I will continue to update this page as I make progress with my breeding program.
- BEG1303 Phalaenopsis Penang Girl [venosa 'Clair' x violacea 'Mademoiselle Bleu' AM/AOS]
These seedlings are very far and few between, only one flask has germinated as of September, and the other flasks have not shown germination, or contamination- the flasks were sown on June 1st, 2014
